OSX Tool to Export iTunes playlist to MP3 player

I have a Rio Carbon MP3 player that is supported by iTunes but does not share the same playlist format. I found a cool little freeware script that fills the gap. It requires the files referenced by the playlist to be stored in a folder named after the playlist, which can potentially cause file duplication, but for my needs it is just fine. It required me to manually create a folder called “Audio” at the top level of the player, then it works great.

To use it you select the playlist, and choose “Copy Playlist to Card” from the scripts menu. Just what I needed.

It’s called Copy Playlist to Card 1.1.7.
